Young celebrities often get a bad rap. Unfortunately, many young stars often miss out on the experiences of childhood because of their extremely busy schedules. As they grow in front of the spotlight, their bad decisions become fodder for public consumption. Pop superstar, Justin Bieber, had experienced this first hand. When he originally gained fame in 2009, Bieber was seen as a wholesome kid with a lot of talent. However, since entering early adulthood, Bieber’s image has completely changed. Now seen as a bad boy, Bieber has been building a rap sheep and a bad reputation. Still, there are moments where he reminds the public that underneath it all, he isn’t as bad as he sometimes seems. In a recent video which has gone viral, Bieber along with fellow young stars, Ariana Grande and Kendall Jenner, reminded the world that they’re still just kids after all.
The video feature features Bieber, Grande, and Jenner – along with a slew of other familiar faces, including Empire’s Bryshere Gray – dancing and lip syncing to Carly Rae Jepsen’s latest single, “I Really Like You.” Appearing to have been shot at different times and locations, the video has been put together to include clips featuring several different moments. Apparently, Bieber, who appears in the actual video for the song, wanted to show the world just how much he loves the song. This video is the second time Bieber has shown Jepsen love in the form of a lip syncing video. In 2012, Bieber appeared in a similar video with other young stars in which they played Jepsen’s previous hit, “Call me Maybe.” Well, maybe the Biebs is trying to start a new trend? Either way, it’s nice to see him acting his age for once, and doing something that won’t end up getting him in trouble with the cops.
