Waldrep is an 11-year-old girl from Baton Rouge who came into the spotlight following her revelation as one of the competitors of the Kids Baking Championship.

She has been fond of baking from an early age and used to help her grandmother bake cookies. Growing up, she was a massive fan of the Food Network show and always wanted to participate as a contestant.

The show is a competitive reality series produced by Levity Entertainment Group of the Food Network. The children compete to make their best dish which is judged based on presentation, taste, and creativity.

This year, the show features 12 kids competing for the grand prize of $25,000. In addition, Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli return as the hosts and judges of the show.

Meet Peyton Waldrep From Kids Baking Championship

Peyton Waldrep is an American baker who appears in the current season of the Food Network reality series Kids Baking Championship.

Waldrep was ten years old when the show was filmed, so her age is billed as 10 in the show. However, as of December 2022, she has already turned 11, as per The Avocado.

The Kids Baking Championship contestant is currently studying middle school at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

During the pandemic, Waldrep started baking and selling to make extra money. She was able to buy a hoverboard from her sales. Her macarons and chocolate cakes are favorites among customers.

Regarding the show, Waldrep said that she had been a big fan for several years and wanted to audition a couple of years ago.

Peyton was just three years old when she started helping her grandmother, Liz Terrin, bake cookies. Not to be confused with the Candy actress Peyton Waldrep. 

Peyton Waldrep Parents And Siblings

Peyton Waldrep was born to David and Kellen Waldrep. She is the eldest among two daughters born to her parents.

Waldrep’s mother, Kellen, is originally from Mandeville, Louisiana, per her social media profile. She currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband and two daughters.

On the other hand, there isn’t much information about Peyton’s father, David, as he does not seem active on social media. Nevertheless, he has full support for his daughter in her upcoming show.

Regarding siblings, Peyton is the eldest child born to her parents and is a loving sister to her younger sister.

The little baker is available on Instagram, where she goes by the username @buttercreamqueenbtr. She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, along with her family and their four-year-old dog, Ruby.

Peyton Waldrep Competes Against 11 Kids In New Show

Peyton Waldrep is among the 12 contestants in the returning Food Network reality show, Kids Baking Championship, where they compete for the first prize of $25,000.

In the first episode and challenge entitled Biz Kids: Great First Impressions, the 12 kids showed the judges their skills in baking to impress them.

Alongside Peyton Waldrep, Jason Chan, Naiel Chaudry, Toby Hyun, Sohan Jhaveri, Genevieve Kashat, Ozan Kopelman, Nash Roe, Foster Smith, Alissa Telusca, and Naho Yanagai compete for the prize.

The current edition is the 11th season of the Kids Baking Championship, where Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli reprise their roles as judges and hosts.
